The Customized Active Rehabilitation (CAR) program is an evidence based multi-disciplinary assessment and treatment program for clients with physical injuries, chronic conditions or recovering from medical diagnoses with an aim to assisting them to return to function and work in a timely manner. It is designed to treat almost all forms of physical and medical health issues affecting function. Program offerings can vary from one on one treatment to a basic program involving a Physiotherapist and Kinesiologist. We also offer provisions for adding a mental health clinician to this program to assist with managing emotional sequela as well as Occupational Therapist for cognitive deficits, or complex return to work scenarios.

Nathaniel Israel MA, RP, OACCPP

Nathanial Israel has been registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario since 2016. He has extensive experience in the areas of mood and affect disorders such as the varieties of anxiety and depression, as well as personality disorders, trauma and addictions work.

Nathaniel utilizes a variety of modalities in his work, dependent upon the presenting issues. These include cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectal behavioural therapy, trauma-based modalities, and mindfulness and emotion focused therapy.
