Harshita graduated with her Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in 2017. Her primary area of practice is musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and she is passionate about helping individuals overcome pain and physical limitations to reclaim their mobility and quality of life. Harshita has experience treating a wide range of conditions, from common concerns such as back pain, neck stiffness, shoulder injuries, and knee issues, to more complex diagnoses including sciatica, arthritis, and post-surgical rehabilitation. She takes a personalized approach to care, taking time to understand each patient’s unique lifestyle, goals, and challenges to develop effective, individualized treatment plans. Her therapy sessions may include a combination of hands-on techniques, targeted exercises, posture and movement education, and injury prevention strategies. Harshita is committed to guiding and supporting her patients at every step of their recovery, empowering them with the knowledge and tools they need to return to the activities they love. Outside of her clinical work, Harshita enjoys staying current with the latest research and advances in physiotherapy to ensure her practice remains evidence-based and patient-focused.
